Never received item. Scam company.

Ordered almost one month ago and still never received the item. I contacted them once the delivery date passed, they told me keep waiting, and two weeks later it is still nowhere to be found. I asked them to ship me a replacement, since their shipping partner seemingly lost it, but they decided to refund me. The refund is fine, but I got it on sale, and now it it’s way more, I just wanted the ring, the refused to ship a replacement.
